Equal Educational Opportunities

No person shall be excluded from or discriminated against in admission to the public schools of Sudbury, for admittance to State and Federally funded grant programs, or in obtaining the advantages, privileges, and course of study presented in these school, on account of race, color, gender, disability, sexual orientation, religion, national origin or homelessness. This non-discrimination applies to all persons, whether or not the individual is a member of a conventionally defined "minority group."

Notification Relative to Civil Rights

As the recipient of federal funds, we are required to notify you that all programs, activities and employment opportunities are offered without regard to race, color, sex, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, linguistics, homelessness and disability. Further, we are required to provide for you the names and addresses of individuals who serve as coordinators for programs and practices for relevant legislation. The handbooks that your sons and daughters will receive the first day of school also include this information, as well as information about how to report perceived violations of these regulations. If you have any questions about one of the items below, please contact the coordinator whose name is indicated.
